White Italian Wine PR217

The soil is calcareous and of marine origin. The climate is temperate of a sub-continental type, with mild winters, without frequent late frosts and breezy summers. Rainfall is scarce (about 800-1100 mm per year) with a slight accentuation in autumn. In dry summers, irrigation is provided.

The grape harvest is mechanical, the pressing is soft and the fermentation takes place without maceration at a controlled temperature below 20 ° C and in the presence of selected yeasts.
Storage takes place in steel tanks and at a controlled temperature, below 20 ° C, trying to protect the wine with nitrogen to avoid the oxidative effect of the air. Stabilization and bottling take place cold using an isobaric filler.
