Caracteristics
White wine with a straw yellow color with golden reflections. Slightly fragrant, fruity, dry, alcoholic, soft, fresh, harmonious and balanced nose. If vinified in coppery it takes on a slightly bitter taste. It has no particular predisposition to long refinements.
Food Pairing
Excellent as an aperitif. Ideal with fish or vegetables pasta dishes.
