Malvasia Puglia IGT Wine
Caracteristics
White wine with a straw yellow color with more or less intense golden hues. On the nose they are fresh and fruity with notes of almond, hazelnut and apricot. There are also floral notes. Generally they tend to have a good alcohol content, which if too evident tends to overwhelm the other taste-olfactory sensations.
Food Pairing
Ideal to pair with a variety of Mediterranean dishes.
