Caracteristics
White wine with a pale color with reflections on green or straw yellow from light to more intense, simple, floral aroma basically consisting of primary and secondary aromas; in the case of the use of some vines, the aromatic component evolves into tertiary aromas characterized by them, and a moderately acidic flavor that favors a slight salivation.

Perfect with appetizers, fish starters, tasty fish-based dishes and medium-seasoned cheeses.
