White wine with a more or less intense straw yellow color with any greenish reflections, harmonious, pleasant smell, with a dry to sweetish, harmonious, delicate, characteristic flavor.
Food Pairing
Excellent aperitif and hors d’oeuvres on fish and vegetables. Goes well with egg dishes, soups, fish or shellfish roast sauces, and brings the whole grilled fish, especially swordfish.
