Caracteristics
Sparkling white wine with a fine and evanescent froth, a more or less intense straw yellow color, bright, a fine, characteristic aroma, typical of the grapes of origin and a dry to sweet, fresh, characteristic flavor.
Food Pairing
Excellent alone as an aperitif with assorted appetizers. Suitable for accompanying all fish dishes, pasta dishes, and risottos, especially with vegetables.
