Sparkling White Wine with a fine and evanescent froth, a more or less intense straw yellow color, with the formation of bubbles, a pleasant and characteristic fruity aroma and a dry to sweet, fruity, characteristic flavor.

Ideal as an aperitif, but also perfect with all fish and white meat dishes.
