Rosé wine of light intensity, with shades that can vary according to the grape variety used or the vinification, smell mainly derived from the primary aromas of the grape varieties used and balanced flavor both in the acid and polyphenolic component, lacking liveliness in the sweet type, made soft the sugar content set by the legal limits.
