Red wine with a lively ruby red color tending to garnet with aging, vinous aroma, sometimes with a perfume of violets and with a more pronounced character of finesse in the aging phase and a harmonious, savory, slightly tannic flavor, which becomes soft over time velvety; the product of the vintage that has undergone the ” government ” presents vivacity and roundness.
