Caracteristics
Red wine with a ruby red color of medium intensity and tending to light garnet or rosé or rosé, a characteristic, very delicate aroma, sometimes fruity or tending to spice in the less sugary version and with a delicate, characteristic, dry to sweet flavor.
Food Pairing
Great aperitif, and perfect for a summers’ afternoon drinking. Also goes well with chocolate desserts and fruit salads.
