Caracteristics
Sparkling red wine with a fine, persistent froth, ruby red color of medium intensity and tending to light garnet or rosé or rosé, characteristic odor, very delicate, sometimes fruity or tending to spice in the less sugary version, with a delicate, characteristic flavor.
Food Pairing
Great aperitif, and perfect for a summers’ afternoon drinking. Also goes well with chocolate desserts and fruit salads.
