Trebbiano di Soave Grape
White Grape
The white grape Trebbiano di Soave is grown in the regions of Latium, Lombardy and Veneto.
Trebbiano di Soave is an ancient vine of unknown origins, but was already described in 1567 by Gallo and mentioned by Marzotto in 1925. It is widespread in the province of Verona and Brescia, in particular on the southern shores of Lake Garda, and is often blended with Garganega.
Characteristics of the wine
From the Trebbiano di Soave grape, a straw yellow colored wine is obtained, with a fairly intense aroma, with clear hints of golden apple. The taste highlights pleasant and decisive notes of freshness, medium alcohol content and softness.
