Characteristics of the wine
From the Pinot Bianco grape, a straw yellow colored wine with greenish reflections is obtained, with an intense aroma and a delicate, dry, velvety flavor. Full-bodied, with generally quite high alcohol content, medium-high fixed acidity, elegant. The refinement gives it golden hues and delicate aromas. Its acidity makes it suitable for pure sparkling wine or in cuvée with Chardonnay and other Pinots to give products of the highest quality.
