Vintage: Not Specified Vineyard: Medium-textured soil, deep on a tuffaceous limestone substrate. Mild winters with little rain, hot and dry summers but with good ventilation.
Vinification and Aging: Selective harvesting of the grapes, soft pressing and fermentation with maceration of 6-8 days. to obtain the right coloring intensity. Use of selected yeasts and fermentation at a controlled temperature below 25° C. Storage in steel tanks at a controlled temperature below 20° C trying to protect the wine with nitrogen to avoid the oxidative effect of the air.
